Our service call fee is $19 regardless of when you call. Labor rates are the same day or night, weekday or weekend. We believe emergencies should not come with penalty pricing. You will always get an exact quote before we start any work.

Do you provide a warranty on your work?

Absolutely. All our locksmith work comes with a 90-day warranty on labor. Lock installations and rekeying services include a 1-year warranty on parts. If anything we installed or repaired fails within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge.

Will you damage my lock or door?

No. Our locksmiths are trained in non-destructive entry techniques. In the vast majority of lockout situations, we can open the lock without any damage. If drilling is required (very rare), we will explain this upfront and provide the cost before proceeding.
